Questions coaches ask
- Do my clients have to pay?
- Not necessarily. Clients with their own subscription connect at no cost to you — however many of them there are. For everyone else, sponsor the client for $19 a month and Hey Vitae is part of what you deliver. Spoken practice interviews are separate, at $3 a credit.
- What does the practice itself cost?
- Nothing. There is no platform fee, no plan to choose and no per-coach charge: bring your whole team, use the reporting, connect an AI assistant. You pay $19 a month for each client you sponsor, and nothing at all in a month where every client brings their own subscription.
- What if a client declines?
- Nothing is shared and their account stays exactly as it was. A connection only begins when the client chooses it.
- What tools do I have to help my client?
- Suggest jobs onto their board, leave notes and tasks, share practice interviews and review their prep and documents as they change. Everything you add is attributed to you — you suggest, they decide. You can't apply or edit their work for them.
- What's included for clients?
